Internet orders shipped surface method submitted before 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Monday thru Friday will ship same day. Internet orders shipped surface method
submitted after 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday will ship next business day. Internet
orders shipped surface method submitted on Saturdays or Sundays will ship
next business day. All shipping schedules subject to merchandise availability
and carrier's shipping schedule. Shipping fees are determined by total order
weight in pounds, location of recipient, and carrier method of service. Email

2a. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska
All shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped Second Day or Overnight Express
Air by a carrier chosen by eBattery Tech, Inc. An minimum additional charge of $10.00
will apply to all shipments. Some geographical areas in Hawaii and Alaska
are not subject to commitment schedules. Email: info@e-mount.com
for commitment schedule for a certain zip code.
2b. International Shipments
All shipments outside the United States are subject to prior approval. Email
purchase and shipping request to info@e-mount.com.
3. Credit card orders are normally shipped only to the verified credit card holder's billing address. Exceptions are allowed only by written request. All shipments are limited and subject to chosen carrier's handling policies.
4.Returning Defective Merchandise or Unwanted Merchandise

eBattery Tech, Inc. will accept returned
merchandise within 30 days of the purchase invoice date for refund, credit
or exchange. Battery Tech, Inc. will not refund any incurred shipping charges.
4b. Returning Defective
Merchandise
eBattery Tech, Inc. will accept defective merchandise within 30 days
of the original invoice date for refund, credit, or exchange. Battery Tech, Inc.
may
offer, free of charge, return shipping for defective merchandise only.
Non-defective merchandise returns are subject to incurred shipping costs.
Merchandise discovered to be defective after 30 days of original invoice
dated is covered under the Manufactures warranty and is not subject to
refund, credit or exchange from Battery Tech, Inc. Battery Tech, Inc. reserves
the right to refuse any returned merchandise that:
a. does not have prior return authorization (RA) from Battery Tech, Inc.
b. does not include all original packaging, cartons, documentation, and warranty
registration
c. is received after 30 days from the original invoice date
